The Aluminum Magnetron Sputtering System - RTSP1620-DC is designed for LED lighiting sheets coating, which can give a high reflections thin layer on sheet surface through DC Sputtering PVD process.
The system contains 2 planar Aluminum sputtering targets, with fast vacuum pumping system. The coating cycle time is only 20 mins around.
