The standard model is RTAC1008-SP, the machine contains key deposition sources of:
1. 1 set MF Sputtering Cathodes, 1 set DC sputtering cathode; 3 sets Sputtering cathodes on top of chamber for spare using.
2. 6 sets cicular steered arc cathodes
3. 1 set anode layer Ion source unit for optional.
